If you participate in a lot of circulations, finding a specific circulation in the Circulations view can accomplished more easily by searching. Finding a document circulation is most easily done by searching in the Documents view as described in About searches.
To search for comment circulations:
Option | Description |

Circulation type |
In the list, click the type of circulations that you want to find. |
Follow-up users |
Type the names of the Kronodoc users who initiated the circulations that you want to find. Separate multiple names with commas. To select individual users:

Participant users |
Type the names of the Kronodoc users to whom the circulations were sent that you want to find. Separate multiple names with commas. To select individual users, follow the same steps as for Follow-up users. |
Keywords |
Type words used in the circulation subject or message. |
Sent between |
Type a date in each field with which to limit the search. Click Date to select a date from the calendar that appears. Leave the second field empty to search to the present date. |
Status |
|
Closed between |
Type a date in each field with which to limit the search. Click Date to select a date from the calendar that appears. Leave the second field empty to search to the present date. Not available for open circulations. |
